Role Overview

GenUnity is seeking to bring on a specialist to support our narrative development and grant writing efforts. The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of professional writing experience, bring prior success writing grant proposals, and be comfortable using language associated with civic learning and engagement; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and social justice. The position will be 4-8 hours per grant application and report directly to the CEO. The position will be compensated based on experience ($150-250) per grant application.

This specialist would join GenUnity at a critical phase in its growth - GenUnity’s programs have served nearly 100 aspiring leaders across the Greater Boston Area and we are excited to deepen and expand our impact in Boston and beyond over the coming years.
