We have designed a novel, proven, sustainable community leadership program to support adults’ to critically evaluate, navigate, and drive change on local issues.

• Novel (an equitable design thinking approach): We meet people where they are and center equity in who we serve. See one-pagers on our Housing or Health Equity programs.
• Proven: The results from our 32-member pilot program on Eviction and Housing Insecurity in Boston provide direct evidence of effectiveness (see below) and early findings from our 2021 Fall program reinforce these outcomes.
• Sustainable: Our issue-focused programs create distinct value for issue-aligned employers and social impact organizations. This unlocks opportunities for earned revenue and partnership.
